One of the main areas couples need help with is creating the timeline. It is so much more than adding the ceremony start time and reception end time. This option is for anyone who is not working directly with us but would still love some assistance. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will have a general and/or detailed timeline depending on how much information you give us. From vendor arrival times to the reception flow of events and everything in between, we will work with you to create a seamless timeline that you can share with vendors and loved ones.

In an hours time we will be able to acknowledge where you are at and what needs to get done moving forward. We will send you away with a customized monthly checklist, a day-of timeline, answers to your unlimited questions and planning templates to make the process easier for you. Our goal is to set you up for success even if we're not there!

Did you start planning your wedding but then you realised you'd rather... not? Or maybe an anniversary is coming up and you want to renew your vows? We will assist with scouting the location, overseeing vendors, managing timeline, handling logistics, setting up, tearing down & everything in between. This is an affordable, intimate and unique option to celebrate your love with those closest to you!
